" What a fantastic stay we had! This place is the very definition of peace and quiet, and it makes an ideal base for exploring the Dordogne and its beautiful surroundings. Lydia and Julien are extremely friendly and helpful, and always quick to answer any questions. The welcome was warm and everything was clearly explained, which made us feel at home straight away. " A beautiful house in the middle of nature. Superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. Lydia and Julien did everything they could to help us keep the house cool — we were there in temperatures of up to 40 °C. The check-in was very warm, and both hosts were always on hand with great tips (day trips, restaurants and so on). We had an absolutely wonderful time with you... and we loved getting to meet Loki (the Bouvier des Flandres) too. Thank you so much for everything!! "

"Pure bliss! We booked this gîte directly through an acquaintance, and we certainly weren't disappointed. It was for a quick mother-daughter weekend, and it was perfect! The gîte is lovely, both inside and out—tastefully decorated and well-equipped. It has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay, or an active one if you want to explore the surrounding area. The terrace is a great spot to enjoy and admire the beautiful countryside. There’s a wood-burning stove to keep you warm while you watch the dancing flames. Julien and Lydia, the hosts, are simply delightful—attentive without being intrusive... just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back with my partner, because three days just wasn't long enough."

The property is situated in a quiet, private location and features a lovely, shaded garden and a comfortably furnished wooden deck that opens onto a magnificent view.
